I'm not a doctor but I do have adhd, depression and anxiety. A quick Google confirms they are in fact linked, so I'm not sure what you mean by "have nothing to do with each other".
You can also be black, hungry or a chess-player. And also have ahdh. Doesn't mean they're necessarily connected. Especially if a meme like this wants to promote their symptoms as "due to ahdh".
Not "necessarily connected" is far from "nothing to do with each other". You need to stop shifting the goal posts and take the L.
