Obviously, twice per sexual would be semi-sexual.
isnt "semi-" partial? so half a sexual? this is the the second time today i've been confused by this.
Twice per year would be semi-yearly?
Semi-annual
As opposed to semi-ennial. How could anyone be confused by this?
