Oh the irony of loving winter but disliking the associated holidays. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Number one rule of working with clients during the holiday season is that you don't wish them Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, or anything else unless they say it first.
It's not even things they say. It's that they want to put up decorations everywhere.
