I omit the olives and use a 1:1 onion:pepper ratio, but it’s basically like this one
This recipe probably has a fine amount of veg as written, I just always think it needs more than it does and I don’t measure shit when I’m making sauce 👍
If you make me a sample, please include the olives.
"omit", meaning olives are a standard ingredient in your parts? WTF.
Can't speak for the other person, but I'm in Spain and black olives in spaghetti is very normal here :-)
As part of a normal tomato sauce or bolognese, or is that a different thing entirely?
With tomato purée and stuff
I was making mediocre pasta bolognese for years and years until I found a very simple very delicious recipe and realized I was trying way way too hard with ingredients
Pasta with tomato sauce is my favorite dish, so I can cook some elaborate versions of it, but yeah, an all time favorite is still just purreed tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Finish with some lemon. It's like some kind of voodoo
Hey, respect the man's identity. This isnt 'respecting trans guys who make great pasta dishes' day.
Too many vegetables? No such thing. Just means it isn't traditional but I'm sure it's still delish!
