They were aiming for Israeli intelligence sites which happens to be directly adjacent to the hospital. the hospital sustained indirect damage.
Israel uses hospitals as human shields for it's military installations. The irony is not lost on people.
As expected, every one of their accusations is just projection.
So, entirely, this.
It's not lost on people - the media on the other hand....
It is not lost on the media either but deceit is their middle name.
Update: Allegedly Iran targeted the IDF C4l base next to the hospital. And the missile did not hit the hospital directly, only by shockwave. No impact craters at the hospital have been presented by Israel yet.
