Edit: Iran claims they did not bomb the hospital but the C4l IDF base next to the hostpital. The hospital was hit by the shockwave of the explosion next to it.

I have not seen any impact craters at the hospital. Until Israel presents evidence of the impact it is safe to assume the hospital targeting is a ruse.

Like it tickles my mind not being a city planner or an civil engineer, like why put a hospital near military bases..
