None of those top things will have any impact on androgenic alopecia except the lotion/shampoo, depending on the ingredients. Minoxidil+finasteride really does work, some folks get better results faster than others but consistent application will get you results inevitably. Any other drugs/chemicals claiming to prevent or reverse hair loss are at best unproven and are probably just a scam. Hair plugs are also a much better option than they used to be, a bit more of a pain in the ass on the front end but once it's done you never have to worry about going bald again for the rest of your life.
