They're being bigoted. They're also on the right side of the issue, which often blinds bigots to the root of prejudice. Being justified on a position and having an understandable viewpoint does not validate prejudice. But that self righteous feeling is often overwhelming.

Yes, fair. I don't even disagree with the sentiment of their argument. But acting like the entire U.S. is somehow in on this mess is completely misreading the situation. A lot of us here are just as angry as he is for very similar reasons.

I get how you are feeling. We don't want this and we are doing what we can and trying to figure out more to do. Add to this that not everyone is ok with sacrificing thier lives or ending others lives and their are only so many options. Even leaving its like, oh so great then the us has even less reasonable people and the administration has more carte blanche to do what they want.

Is this like how most of US claims to have single handedly won two world wars, is keeping the world peace, and rest of the world should just do what they say or pay the price?

That kinda bigoted?

I think it's more of a "good riddance, you ate the propaganda wholesale without any thought and now leopard ate your face"

No, it's like people are more than just where they are born and being prejuduced against someone on that basis makes you a bigot.
