The woman on the left, Holly Fisher, had an affair after entering politics after taking this picture and faded in to meme land.
The woman on the right, Reem Slaleh Raiyshi, died carrying out suicide bombing at Erez Crossing.
I get the point you're trying to make here but these two women are not the same. One's a freedom fighter/terrorist who was obviously ready to die for what she believed in, and the other is some dumb bitch from West Virginia virtue signaling for clout.
