@Noodle07 Yes, but this isn't just about empathy. Cities are nicer without the public spaces being occupied by the homeless people, who are sometimes drunk, drugged and dirty. This sounds brutal, but it's true. So why not have a society that will keep the number of unhoused people at a minimum? It's better for everyone.
