Reminds me of that word they invented during covid's work from home period; chrono something? Chrono theft maybe, because people only did their jobs and then relaxed when they were done rather than find more to do.

Quiet quitting was quitting without giving two weeks notice. I think the term you lot are looking for is "time theft," i.e. not working 100% of the time you're at work. Of course, wage theft never gets brought up.

I think quiet-quitting is supposed to mean doing your job and not gifting your boss extra free labor outside your job description and off-the-clock
