MODERATORS
The MiB aren't violating human rights because the people they violate are not human.
It's fucked up, but it technically would be legal probably.

I don't recall any rights about not having my memory wiped. Wait a sec...
on top of that, they straight up shoot and torture aliens with impunity, no oversight.
and given that many of those aliens become citizens, they still trample over their civil rights.
