I mean CIA and FBI probably have fucked up America more than cops tbh. They probably just had more funds to hide it.
It's all the same game from the streets to the feds. It's just different families. #mafia
The CIA fucked the entire world more than all the cops put together and it's not even close. And they are not even that good at hiding it.
International intelligence agencies are like a having a bunch of police departments all competing with each other for universal jurisdiction, if some of the cops were on everyone's payroll.
