MODERATORS
I've made microwaved hard-boiled eggs exactly twice. The first time they came out perfectly. The second time they exploded with so much force the door blew open, despite me doing everything exactly the same. I will never microwave eggs again, but I'm happy for your success
I do it frequently, but I open the egg and put its contents to teamug and microwave that. I can put multiple eggs in a single mug. This way I don't have to mess with hot shell, and I won't burn my fingers.
Isn't that just poached eggs?
I'm not as gourmet as you, I call them "eggs made in microwave"
I use that trick to make scrambled eggs. Need to add a bit of water, and for some reason, a dash of vinegar, top it with a paper towel.
