I mean this is closing towards Black Dynamite kind of logic, but ... A = 1, H = 8, H = 8, D = 4. Rearrange and it's 1488. Alone this would be silly, but together with the 14 words and that picture, it's a dog whistle.

88 is also common shorthand for nazis for the phrase 'heil hitler'. Theres narry a shadow of doubt in my mind everything here is intentional just as you assume it to be.

Its also a lucky number in Chinese I think in part due to its symetry. It's important to know the context each example comes from, but in this context it's certainly exactly what you think it is.
