As someone nearing the age of 40, no. I stay up late sometimes only sleeping about 3 to 4 hours. My normal sleep is from 3am to 12 pm. So that generalization is way off.
Nine hours of sleep daily at 39? That sounds amazing.
Same here. Though usually it's not by choice.
I definitely get more tired than I used to
