Yeah I'm working on a project where we're concerned about the day Google/FB/AWS/M$/Visa press the off button on first amendment. We're not even criticizing Israel, we just think once webhosts are canceling customers or yt starts mass demonetisation the slopes will be very slippery and the costs of finding available web hosting outside the US will be astronomical.

Most likely it'll have to be somewhere outside of NATO/EU, Russia would be ideal assuming the west doesn't totally block them (or vice versa) as would certain other CIS member states that just aren't that cooperative with the west. Otherwise I guess there's l2p and tor. Neither of which would be ideal given how they're fishing holes of sorts for intelligence to identify interesting actors to say nothing of how they'd struggle with just the site emojis to say nothing of hosting actual media like videos or large photos.

The problem with Russia or CIS countries of course is getting the money to them and dealing with any regulations they may have for local ownership or identity information being supplied with the west likely doing their best to block movement of money in that way.
