I was so sure Queen was 8 points. I was prepared to tell you off on your shit math skills, but for once decided to fact check myself before spouting off bullshit. Turns out you were right.

Is there an obvious winning line for White or do you just mean the material disadvantage?
White takes the knight regardless whose turn it is.
I don't think there is a way to force black to loose, at least given they play well. Obviously if they take the queen they loose, but if they move a pawn forward they can keep playing indefinitely.
For certain values of indefinitely. White can force an exchange of Queen for rook and Knight, which definitely seals Black's fate.
