I thought her hand was empty. I feel like what looks like the pen is just the spoon/stick in the glass actually showing correct refraction through the liquid and glass. The cross eye is hysterical.
Her hand is positioned as if she's holding a pen and it looks like there's a tip there to me. You never know with AI slop.
