i had a discussion last night with someone who wanted sources and then dismissed them anyways and it makes me wonder where the balance is in having sources and wasting time in preserving them.
There is no one right answer, check who you are talking to and whether you consider that person worth your time..
unfortunately, it's not possible for me until i've already started the time investment.
Sounds like quite the conundrum, exhilarating!
It's the downside to socializing primarily w people who share most of the same minority identities you have; it makes it so that they're usually aware of the indoctrination that they've ingested since birth, but I keep running into the clueless ones somehow.
I'm retrospect, it should have been a warning sign when he told me that he was a veteran.
Signs are always there. Are you open to sense? Or just want to gamble and dive? Follow your instinct. ๐
