This is a very interesting and informative video. It's all achievable with existing technologies that either already exist or are in their final testing phases. I have no doubt that they can do this by 2030. It may even be sooner than that.
I also really like the Long March 10 for human spaceflight. No solid boosters, no hypergolics, just plain old kerolox on the 1st and 2nd stages and hydrolox on the 3rd. Sensible safe choices.
Sensible safe choices and a solid achievable plan are really the hallmarks of the modern Chinese space program
