So.. just stop maintaining common areas? Communal utilities? Water, sewage, trash, electricity, internet, etc?
Seems they want to spin those off into opt-in private clubs where you pay dues. Which i guess is fine for single family detached houses, idk how this could manage building maintenance for multi-unit buildings though.

You want the local government to fix roofs on condo complexes?
Well no, that would fall om the owner of the building. But I mean water, sewage, trash, electricity, internet should be handled by the government.
