How can someone so rich look so much like shit all the time? He's got to have a personal doctor, nutritionist, trainer, etc. How does he always look like he's about to drop dead?
The fact that there are not extensive conspiracy theories about this guy's appearance is really testament to the power of the ruling class narrative control. When you look like this, the burden of proof should be on you to prove you aren't a reptile alien in disguise.
