And I am sure that ML presence in former Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia, Poland Slovenia, India, Afghanistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Ethiopia are not "extractive" for you.

what??? afghanistan was literally just sucked dry by the us empire. philippines? india? holy shit i wish there were MLs with enough power to "extract" anything in these places, where are you even getting your news from?
And who were in Afghanistan before the US came?
Ask Filipinos and Indians what they think of CPP-NPA and Naxalite respectively.
You should ask yourself if your head is out of the sand to even actually get news from post-colonial people themselves disrupted by ML activities.
