Way too salty.

Nothing against fish in general, I love fish and try to replace as much meat in my diet with fish as I can. But I think it's just too much salt for a single bite when it comes to pizza. The cheese alone is usually salty enough, but then just getting a whole chunk of salty dried fish with it, it's just too overpowering.

I might be tempted to try it if a low-sodium cheese is used and the anchovies are in finer pieces more evenly distributed around the pizza, but otherwise I'd rather skip the protein altogether on pizza and stick with veggies or some of the more creative meatless options that the places around here offer.
