3 eggs with veggie sausage, black beans, green onions, kale and fish sauce topped with salt & black pepper.
Absolutely delicious although the black bean juice seems to be giving my family psychic damage!
I hope it's actually tasty because the way it looks gives me flashbacks to that one time when I forgot where I put my dirty baking tray and found it like this several weeks later ๐
oh my god we left a vegetarian burger tater tot casserole in the oven for weeks once and it really did bear a striking resemblance lol
