They're getting the bailout starting next year but everybody except the biggest players are going to be trampled out of existence by the trade war before then. This is the leopard pinning the fell for it again award to their chest and then proceeding to eat their face.

The „humble yeomen“ get cannibalized by the biggest fishes, so their bourgeois ambitions end.
I think they have to complain loudly and make clear that this is the fault of the Chinese for not buying the soy from them to earn it.
