Personally: no & yes. For the latter, a legitimate court of law ought to laugh at this case. But that's not what he is facing.

The subject came up in conversation, so I figured I would take the temperature here.

Luigi himself hasn't made any declaration that clears him from it.

I don't care if he did it or not, I'm looking forward to seeing him walk free because the prosecution are a bunch of idiots. They'll do themselves in and they've nobody to blame but themselves. But I advise Luigi to GTFO from America in Snowden-style before Trump and his crazy administration do try throwing re-trials or rewriting the rules so that Luigi gets like the death penalty.

Luigi will never amount to the many deaths that CEO probably took joy in witnessing, as he made it very sure that people couldn't afford healthcare.
