Fair hiring practices state to not look at political bias. If he is looking just at the job application, there will not be anything stating political views. It's literally what he said. All of you are twisting his words around.

True that we are twisting his words, but also true that Mamdani has stated that he would order the arrest of Netanyahu if he were to enter NYC. There could be a question similar to "would you support\enforce the arrest orders of the ICC and NYC mayoral office". Again I agree that we are twisting his words, but I think Mamdani is twisting his own words in order to form a "big tent" of support that contains opposing ideas.
