I mean, he’s perfect for interviews with people whose brains are practically concussed mush. And I think he’s allowed to be an MMA commentator on the side out of pity.
his brain is drowning in PEDS as well.
Joe Rogan and Philomena Cunk are both very entertaining. Just that Cunk generally has the good sense to stay away from politics.
She's also a character and it's a bit. He's serious.
Yeah Cunk is clearly played/written by a very intelligent woman. Her stupidity is consistently quite clever especially with her ability to get experts baffled at how to begin correcting her.
Rogan isn't a bit. His decisions are that of an idiot thinking he's playing the jester, but merely coming off as a fool.
I don't know how much improvisation she puts into it but AFAIK she is written by a team of three men and the series in which she stars were created by Charlie Brooker.
Gesturing at a renaissance painting and asking a museum curator "What the fuck is this?" is the funniest thing I"ve seen in the last few years.
I would LOVE a Philomena Cunk interview podcast. Though I imagine it might get old after a while
The problem becomes when the interviewees know it is a bit (this is why Sasha Baron Cohen eventually got stale, or Tom Green before him)
Apparently with her she's up front about it being a bit, unlike Ali G
she would be an actual comedian, and rogan kinda is a washout. alot of conservatives are very bitter once they become washout comedians.
