has a rather respectable 78 on Metacritic based on 42 reviews

The obsession of "gamers" with ratings is ridiculous. According to the conclusions, reviewers don't want to give stellar reviews because it's a short game with light puzzle gameplay. Fuck that. The Last Campfire is also short with some light puzzles and is one of the best games I've played in the last years. The impact of an experience can't be cast into an oversimplified number range that pretends to be objective, but is always 100% subjective.
