I wrote that initialy but Canada has too much style and self respect for that. Also, removing free knowledge from the people will please him more than you and i can imagine! So make it a place where americans can come to warm themselves and enjoy free soup while reading independent media. That will piss him off.
We can still build more libraries, too. Canada has style, but even our Prime Minister knows how to perform a Shawinigan Handshake when necessary, and that's part of our style. Elbows up.
Here's a better idea, expand the building on the Canadian side, and house all the books of the US side (and even more), so that Canadians literally have no reason to go across the border.
