The resolution, adopted for the 33rd consecutive year, “once again urges the states that have applied and continue to apply such laws and measures to take the necessary steps to repeal or invalidate them as soon as possible.”
From what little I know of Paraguay they have a history of strange right wing populist politics. Apart from that I imagine they are jumping on Argentina's bandwagon.
