As far as I'm aware, here in Denmark you can be nude on your property as much as you want to, as long as your nudity isn't an attempt to make unwilling people part of some sexual thing. Like you can be naked in your front yard, but you can't keep eye contact with people passing by while furiously masturbating. Sunbathing with your tits out though? People can look away.

Except the folk who have been conditioned that it is basically rape to stare at unconsenting naked peope, would starve to death.
I suppose if you're laying naked in your front yard, you consent to people taking a peek, but everything with a bit of common sense. You're not gonna be popular around the neighborhood if you're staring and drooling.
Erm, if I'm sitting on the fence maybe, if I'm laying down, I obviously don't want to be seen, but don't give a shit if I am.
Having said that, not sure I have ever been naked in my backyard.
