This part. Legally, there’s no basis to arrest Netanyahu. But on his first interview with Mehdi, he said it would do it regardless.

I thought you were incorrect but when I checked it seems like the obligation to arrest him for the ICC warrant would be via the Rome Statute which I guess the US isn't signed to.
But come on it would be fun to do it anyway.
