A thoroughly rousing speech on space ethics from captain Janeway .
Followed by breaking said ethics/morals/Prime Directive.
Found section 31.
With as much temporal shenanigans that she got up to it wouldn't suprise me if Janeway founded Section 31.
Or just telling the helmsman they're relieved and piloting the ship herself between two stars. Probably my favorite scene of hers. Fuck with her crew and she's pissed. Kill one of them, oh hell...
