Not an expert, but I can easily see a scenario where each knight moves only if it's backed by several knights (which is in turn back by several others).
They have ultimate mutually assured defense, plus chaos offence (teleport into the enemy).
White is cooked
Edit: Even one row fewer knights would still be an unbeatable defense.
Edit2: A single row only of knights would actually be an interesting game. I think it might be close.
I am an expert in all knight chess. And black has the advantage.
What about for only a single row of knights?
