I'm not paying google anything. I use DuckDuckGo
to get youtube premium, you have to pay for a subscription, google owns youtube. therefore, you are paying google.

am i taking crazy pills? There's literally no other way to look at it. It's a tautology, if you are paying google for youtube premium, then you're paying google.
I'm wondering how you're paying Google for a thing but also apparently not actually paying them for the thing... Is YouTube premium piracy a thing or something?
Eh, we still get the sponsor ads in the videos. They're skippable but still tick me off for something I pay for to still hit me up every video.
sponsorblock solves that problem as well ;)
I Chromecast most of my YouTube and I've never gotten it to work once it's cast, but SponsorBlock is an amazing thing when I've played with it in apps.
