Good. We need to figure out increasing housing supply issue before increasing the "gray" immigration from these two sources.
LOL. >100,000 empty condos not enough? Build more empty condos?
Build places people someone would want to live in, instead of shoeboxes built for property investors.
There are more empty units than there are homeless people. That’s how bad speculation is.
I’m not sure what your angle is…but you don’t need to increase “housing supply” if the population is decreasing.
