Sure you can, if you get the right mix of "not my job" and (presumably) racism in the judiciary system.

Sadly I only have a German link, I didn't find a good English source on the go, so you'll translate it yourself. But it's the public broadcaster, so as centrist/"government-aligned" as you'll get.
