Oh...the potatoes are diced and par boiled. The recipe is just a prompt for me. That's why it's so short.

Yes, sorry it's just a reminder card for me. I dice them up to about 3/8". I like the little cubes of potato in the filling but you don't have to include it if you w don't want to.
