I used to get the best tourtiere from a strip club in Montreal.
Nice. A strip club that I used to go to in Ottawa was right next to the Dill Pickle. They had great hamburgers.

Yes, sorry it's just a reminder card for me. I dice them up to about 3/8". I like the little cubes of potato in the filling but you don't have to include it if you w don't want to.

What's the tourtiere made of? My fav was moose, followed by a beef and pork mix.
Bison, chicken, turkey, and pork.
