Every neobank (and some traditional banks) allow you to generate proxy cards. Revolut (even though its global HQ isn't in the EU) allows you to do that. Same with N26 (German neobank).

Because they are more private... You know, the banks that dont let you use GrapheneOS.
All my banking apps work on GOS. Flawlessly, well, except N26 which a bit unstable and crashes quite a lot. Nevertheless it works enough to be usable.
Revolut works perfectly.
