This is extremely nice of you to say. I really started with a crappy set of tools that I bought online and the first scraps of leather I could get my hands on, and of course my first cardholder was an atrocity, but I still have it, and from there, I learned everything from tutorials and forums. There's more than enough free content online to learn the basics and more. Also the leathercraft community is very kind, so if you feel like this is a hobby for you, I can only encourage you to give it a try it doesn't require much room, and you should be able to get started with 50 bucks.
