Get off the internet and find IRL help. Be that family, friends, and/or a mental health professional. The latter is highly recommended though.
Yes, social media will not improve your life. Seek real life friendships and lean into them.
Also don't announce you're a minor on the internet.
Also you should talk to a real human adult you can trust about these things, like a parent or a teacher or school counselor or doctor, not the internet. The internet on average will not have your best interests at heart.
I’ve never understood trying to get help from strangers on the internet. Yeah you might find some decent folks with real advice and help, but generally I wouldn’t bet on it.
