Babysitting my mom’s three cats. She left a box of Churu. They like them a lot. I was surprised. I thought it was just a few rare internet videos I have watched. Cats really like this.
No idea if it's true or not but there was a rumor back in the day, that "natural flavors" was code for just a tiny bit of catnip essence.
Crack. They put crack in it.
Neither of our cats seem to have the catnip liking gene, but they still go out of their mind for churu.
My cats actually prefer Delectables over Churu (they tell me it's a consistency/texture thing). But I think both brands have some form of bone marrow in them to make them extra umami. Not nip. Could be why your nip-resistant kitties still lose their minds over Churu.
