Charisma goes down by 1 from 20 once a month for 24 months, it already hits 1

Yes, but it might gain other buffs to Charisma between now and 24 months. Charisma is forced to 1 at 24 months regardless.

My memory is they're max Cha until age 2, some even beyond that. I don't think Cha drops gradually, I think it's all at once from 20 to 1
