Plus as you read this a thought experiment if you think about if USSR/Russia was substituted for The USA & The NATO was substituted for Mexico & Central America-South America & The USA (which is the original organizer of NATO) was substituted for Canada. So it would Canada organizing a “defensive” pact against The USA, which includes Mexico & all of the rest of The Americas.

During EX USA President Reagan‘s last bit of time in his 2nd-term, Ex-USSR’s final leader Gorbachev came to him to negotiate a deal, during Ex-USA President Clinton’s first bit time in office, he made a verbal contract/deal with Ex-USSR’s final leader Gorbachev that The USA & NATO would not advance past their current position towards Russia’s western/Western European boarder, not at their boarder (like now), but towards Russia, past I think was Germany. Another wards they agreed not to put The USA/NATO into the former states of The USSR & now Independent countries. Ex-USA President Clinton starts to do exactly that, while this going on USSR elects The USA Puppet Boris Yeltson their leader, while they are accepting more dominate role of Western Capitalism into their country, The Western Capitalist sank the country into horrible economic troubles for years, think worse our great depression, while The USA’s & Other Countries’ Rich-Super Rich Economic Classes/Owners raked in the huge profits. After being promised better lives, suffering so bad, for so long, the Russian people became so angry they elected an KGB officer Mr. Putin who said he was going to get tough & dreamed of a power Russia like The USSR was in his mind. Mr. Putin n right away proved to be stool Dictator for The Russian Rich-Super Rich Economic Classes/Owners. As The USA/NATO crawled towards Russia’s boarder.

Then when The USA/NATO decides they are build-up the military in Ukraine/Russia’s Western Boarder with The EU-NATO (clearly under International Laws no country may put military at another country’s boarder, that they are not involved in a war with, even if another country is involved in a war against the same country) leads to many military clashes between The USA/NATO & Ukraine VS Russia. Leads us to our current The USA/NATO & Ukraine VS Russia war, except this a lot more serious war than the past ones, Ukraine, the natural world, companion animals & the people are being destroyed. The current war had not begun, but Ex-USA President Biden was inciting war (The USA does not have The USA the world’s Biggest & Best Military Supply of Intelligence-weapons to a boardering country to The USA) with the evil dictator of Russia Putin in the press conferences, putting a bully into a corner (never a smart move, as bully’s only know -have in them- to strike back). What do you think The USA would do if Canada/Rest of The Americas had their militaries on Mexico/USA boarder & on Canada/USA boarder?
