Habitica is the best one imo
Gamified to the point of having a lil guy you can customise with gear you get from completing stuff
However it is not open source... and needs a paid subscription I think?

It is open source. You can even run the server yourself. You'll probably need to build the android app pointed at your server URL. It requires a bit of technical chops. But it's doable if you truly wanted your own stack.
