Why does she sweat in the same color as her skin?
Japanese-inspired art style that uses the minimal linework and colouring developed for woodblock prints and then b&w manga.
The argument I see for this in anime style art all the time is "sweat is transparent"
Well yeah but the one hanging from her right cheek is skin colored even though it's in front of her hair
Oh right yeah that's usually used to evoke a sort of "it's so hot even the character's face is melting" feeling. If you animated it you'd make the whole character melty.
